Brian Sipe, DO, is an experienced orthopedic surgeon at Lee Health’s Musculoskeletal Institute, specializing in joint replacement, sports medicine, arthroscopy, and fracture care. His passion for orthopedics stems from an early interest in sports and engineering, driving his desire to "fix things" and restore mobility to his patients. Dr. Sipe provides exceptional care to children, young adults, and adults, tailoring treatment plans to help individuals lead active and healthy lives. He earned his medical degree from the Kansas City School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his internship at The Medical Center of Independence, followed by a residency at Midwestern University’s Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Further honing his expertise, he pursued a fellowship with the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgeons, Dr. Sipe has performed over 10,000 surgeries throughout his career, previously serving as Chief of Surgery and President of the Medical Staff in central Illinois.
