Biography

Dr. Abou-Lahoud was born in Lebanon, he lived in Brazil prior to moving to Florida in 1991. After acquiring decades of experience around the US, he brought his surgical expertise to the Fort Myers area and joined Lee Physician Group.

Language barriers are a major roadblock for many Southwest Floridians trying to find healthcare resources. Dr. Abou-Lahoud understands the importance of having a surgeon that you can easily communicate and share your concerns with. He helps his patients overcome language barriers by offering to work in five different languages: English, Arabic, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.

Like many of his patients, Dr. Abou-Lahoud enjoys hobbies like fishing in our pristine waters and playing his favorite music on the piano!
