Jonathan Friedman, PsyD, is a clinical sport psychologist who is passionate about supporting the personal, social, and athletic development of adolescents and young adults. Dr. Friedman brings a unique perspective to his work, combining expertise in adolescent psychology with a deep understanding of sports performance. He values the variety that this intersection brings, as each young person and athlete presents a distinct set of experiences and goals. Dr. Friedman finds fulfillment in guiding clients through the challenges of adolescence, helping them launch into adulthood with purpose and confidence. Whether assisting with performance anxiety, identity development, or goal setting, he is dedicated to empowering young individuals to thrive both on and off the field.
