Biography

Dr. Dossani earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. He earned his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, TN. He completed a residency in neurological surgery at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA. He then completed a fellowship to become dual-trained in cerebrovascular microneurosurgery and endovascular neurosurgery at University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY.

Dr. Dossani treats patients with stroke, carotid stenosis, cerebrovascular disease, brain and spinal tumors, and neck and back pain. He is actively involved with neurosurgical education and research to improve surgical techniques and patient outcomes. He has over 100 peer-reviewed publications and has delivered presentations at local and national neurosurgical meetings.

Dr. Dossani considers it a privilege to operate on patients and is passionate about taking care of patients and their families in distress from neurological conditions.
